On popular demand, i have begun to work on a plugin for these users who dont speak english and dont receive english mail at all. Do you know anybody who is already working on such a thing and who can be of any advice?

At first sight, everybody thinks that it is quite impossible to set, but in fact its rather simple.

Still simple but it already works great and is surprisingly efficient !!

I have based my list upon the 1000 Most Commonly Used English Words according to the Reading Teachers Book of Lists, Third Edition; by Edward Bernard Fry, Ph.D, Jacqueline E. Kress, Ed.D & Dona Lee Fountoukidis, Ed.D.

Then I have purified them from all the words belonging to international languages and from all the words used by mail clients in their headers.
