Spindle Calculator is a free application that assists in the calculation of spindle (or baluster) count and placement for building your deck and railings.

Maximum spindle gap is taken into consideration during calculation of both outer and inner spindles. Dimensions may be entered in either real numbers or as fractional based numbers.

Though Spindle Calculator is by default installed to your Startup program group, you can place it any program group you desire.

HKL-2000 is a program package based on the extended versions of Denzo, Xdisplayf and Scalepack. It consists of several subprograms coordinated by the graphical command center.

Tapestry Palette is a plugin for Eclipse that builds upon the Spindle plugin.

The palette provides a tree view of Tapestry component libraries, a component inspector to discover parameters available with links to HTML documentation, drag and drop addition of Tapestry component references to templates, and a Property Sheet for editing of component bindings. The plugin can be installed from within Eclipse via an update site.

Tapestry is a framework that can build fresh web applications from components. Components may be reused on multiple pages, and if packaged as component libraries, in multiple web applications.

This is the first public release of PoMP. We develop an algorithm which minimizes the power consumption for multimedia data playback. We implement the algorithm in mpeg2dec. PoMP uses library of mpeg2dec.

You have to install mpeg2dec to execute PoMP. PoMP controls the disk spindle via standard ATA-4 command. At this moment, we only release Linux binary. The disk scheduling algorithm of PoMP v.0.1 is optimized for IBM microdrive DMDM 10340.

PoMP is tested with IBM micro drive attached via IDE interface(ATA-4). You can type the command as follows. Assume that Microdrive is /dev/hde.
