Laser Squad Nemesis 3.1 is a game which is based on the key gameplay of XCOM: UFO Defense- the best-selling PC game of 1995. It extends it to the Internet era-no surprise, as both games were created by the Gollop brothers, who have been creating excellent games since the dawn of the home computer.
You plan moves for your squad, and when ready, end your turn; the opponents then move simultaneously with your guys, and you see the outcome of 15 seconds of combat. Nemesis Player allows you to watch your video files collection like any player but also enables you to create a "DVD menu" for your videos.
Nsp can be broken down into 3 parts: Scene Editing, Project Settings and the player itself.
Scene Editing - In this part you will load the videos into a project. For each file you can define: a name, the time marks (you can set the beginning and the end of a video. For example, it is very useful to remove the credits of a movie without any physical cutting of the file), the parameters such as brightness, contrast, hue and saturation. You can also define sub-scenes automatically, for example, it is very useful for a movie in which you want a sequence every 5 minutes. Every sequence created becomes a scene in your menu.
Project Settings - In this part you can create your chapter menu, you will define: the number of chapter buttons, a background picture, a background, music. The scenes to be displayed on the screen.
Player - You see your own creation; the player will play every scene. You can easily jump to a specific scene or even sub-scene. When you close the application, it will save your playback in progress to enable you to reopen it the way you have left it.

The Red Arremer demon Firebrand is on a quest to collect all of the elemental Crests, magical stones which preside over their respective elements (Fire, Earth, Water, Air, Time, and Heaven). It is said that when all crests are combined, the Crest of Infinity will appear, allowing its holder infinite power, and the ability to conquer any and all realms with it. However, during his quest, he is gravely wounded in a battle with the Demon Dragon in his efforts to claim the Crest of Heaven, and his nemesis Phalanx uses Firebrands moment of weakness to attack him and steal all of his crests for himself, with the exception of the Crest of Fire which was broken into pieces in the fight (Firebrand still has one shard of it at the games outset). Having fallen back to earth in the coliseum where he fought the Dragon earlier, Firebrand is forced to destroy him for good to survive, so that he can go after Phalanx and reclaim the Crests. Whether Firebrand wants them for power, glory, or some sort of revenge is never stated. However, during the True Ending, which you attain once you defeat the "Dark Demon", it is stated that "Realizing that his true power is not derived from the crests, Firebrand disposed of all the crests." With that information, it can be inferred that Firebrand was perhaps collecting the crests in an attempt to discover said "True Power".

Half-Life 2 Combine Destiny mod is a thrilling action game which brings you the ease when playing. The town Coonersville has been compromised, the rebels there have made a base at the top of the mountain, and instead of wasting Combine Soldiers' lives, have they sent headcrab canisters to the town. After the whole town had become zombies, a Combine sweeper team was sent in to take over the whole town and take over the base. The Combine turned the rebel base into the Quiver Mountain Research Faculty and Military Installment.
Recently, the Citadel has lost contact with the Quiver Base and the administrator feels that the remaining rebels around there might have taken it over. The Combine sent Headcrab canisters to the town, but have somehow actually missed their target, and they have lost all track of them. The administrator doesn't want to send in any forces, because he says something big will be coming and that they will need as many troops as possible to deal with this incoming threat. The Combine Advisors however, feel that they need to strike and take back the base. You are part of the team being deployed to infiltrate and take back the base. Good luck.

The gameplay system has been drastically changed because only 4 characters are selectable and the team mode from the first game is not featured in this. Also, the graphics has a more cartoon-feel to it and the sprites are a combination of 2D and 3D, although the game is completely in 2D since the 3D graphics are pre-rendered. There is also the ability to ride some vehicles, as in the Metal Slug games.
The game is also considered to be more violent than its predecessor because the enemies die while heavily bleeding.<<less
