Most likely, MyViewPad uses the best digital graphics engine available on the market, but you can judge for yourself.
If you havent noticed anything special, we reached our goal. That means that the program is doing what it is supposed to do - it is showing images.
MyViewPad can view large images; it can show thousands of images in a row; it can view files with errors and nonstandard formatting, as well as multi-page and animated files.
All of this was tested over and over. We have a huge collection of various digital graphic files that could not be viewed by other programs.
These different files came from our customers and were collected over many years. Each such file presented a real challenge for people and thats why we ended up with files that no one could view anywhere else.
Of course, you could have a file like that yourself. In this modern age of digital information its impossible to avoid minor troubles.
To keep up with progress means not only updating your anti-virus database. Our tests show that other popular viewers cant view even a half of our file collection. However, we can! And we are happy to tell you about it.

Allows new sounds to be programmed through randomisation. more>> Scanned Synth Mini is now available for download from the link below. It features the same synthesis engine as the one used by Scanned Synth Pro (in other words they sound the same when using the same presets) but only allows new sounds to be programmed through randomisation. The user can set the amounts by which each group of parameters will be randomised but does not have direct access to the parameters themselves.
Scanned Synth Mini can load and save presets through the host application that are compatible with Scanned Synth Pro and vice versa. This means that Scanned Synth Mini can actually produce the full range of sounds that Scanned Synth Pro is capable of. Only the amount of control the user has over the sound is limited when compared to Scanned Synth Pro.
Scanned Synth Mini does not offer optimisation for processors with SSE and SSE2 instruction sets, whereas Scanned Synth Pro does. Support for these instructions can reduce the CPU usage by between 33% and 50% (try the demo version of Pro to see for yourself).
Scanned Synth Mini is completely free without any limitations. We plan to produce a Mac version of Scanned Synth Mini in the future.<<less

FlaskMPEG 0.7.8 takes MPEG streams (video streams are currently not supported) and encodes them into another format, trying to achieve the maximum possible quality and trying to minimize the conversion impact providing a straightfordward aproach to the MPEG1/2 to MPEG/AVI conversion. FlasKMPEG uses 'plugins' to support output formats making that way the program more flexible, and having a wide variety of output options.
FlasKMPEG tries to take control in all the parts involved in a transcoding operation. Doing so, the whole process can carefully been controled and tweaked so optimal quality can be achieved. FlasKMPEG MPEG2/MPEG1 decoder uses the MSSG (Mpeg Software Simulation Group) decoder, that is what is usually called the 'reference' decoder.

It produces good quality movies in MPEG1/2 format and you don't need to have 5GB or more free on your hard disk.
DVDx produces high quality MPEG and AVI movies and advanced features provide smart settings for experimented users.
DVDx is likely the fastest solution ever to copy a DVD into a DivX file because the DVD reading (and decrypting) is done while encoding to DivX.
Alternative solutions require to copy the DVD to the hard drive with DVD Decrypter (or SmartRipper or any other DVD ripping software) which takes about 30 minutes, and then the encoding time is added. So with a 75FPS encoding speed for a 1:30 PAL (25FPS) movie, the total ripping time of alternative software is 1 hour. While DVDx will take less than 32 minutes (at 72FPS).
On a consumer HP Pavilion with a Intel Pentium 830D, the encoding DVDx frame rate is 72FPS with DivX Pro 6.1.1 and later.
To encode to MPEG VCD/SVCD with the internal encoder or to encode to Windows Media, DVDx is also the fastest solution for the same reason.
- Code improvement:
- fix 698 memory leaks due to multi-language error strings which weren't unallocated and 10 others due to skin objects, 12 others due to heap allocations (new), 62 others due to DVD IFO data structure. And 100s of strings in debug console.
- MPEG-2 encoding:
- added 2 new profiles: CVD (China Video Disc) and DVD (default DVD-LP, 6000Kbps) both with audio 48kHz which must be set in Input Settings dialog.
- set CVD/DVD GOP to 18 frames for NTSC (15 for PAL), so compliant with DVD authoring applications.
- WMV encoding:
- fix charches due to pointer bugs in handling IWM interfaces.
- GUI:
- fixed bug in About dialog box which caused DVDx to crash in Debug/DebugP4 and unpredictable effects in all versions (Release/Release_RipperFree/NoOptim)
- SIMD (SSE2) optimizations:
- replaced MOVQ xmm,m64 (rejected by VC9 compiler) with MOVQ xmm,qword ptr m64 and MOVQ m64,xmm with MOVQ qword ptr m64,xmm
