SSH Tunnel 4.3.0.0

SSH Tunnel 4.3.0.0

SSH Tunnel - SSH tunneling program featuring SSH 1+2, reconnect, integrated firewall, reconfiguration of IExplore and much more more>>
SSH Tunnel is a powerful encryption and tunneling software which supports SSH1 and SSH2.
It has a very flexible port forward system that allows for the assignment of any local addresses (including changing ones like DHCP assigned) as well as remote port forwarding (given your provider supports/provides this feature).
SSH Tunnel also incorporates the use of backup servers and auto-reconnect to ensure that your connection is stable and consistent.
SSH Tunnels connection limit setting allows you to specify how many concurrent connections you want the software to make to help prevent connection errors on servers that limit the number of simultaneous connections.
SSH Tunnels built in firewall helps you make sure no connection is made to any address you dont want to as long as SSH Tunnel is loaded. This prevents programs from accessing the internet outside of the tunnel even in case you configured that program incorrectly.
SSH Tunnel offers you to configure Internet Explorer to use SSH Tunnels tunnels while SSH Tunnel is loaded eliminating time consuming setup or the annoyance to change it back and forth to its normal settings once SSH Tunnel is shut down.

Linspect Editor 1.2.9

Linspect Editor 1.2.9

Linspect Editor - SSH-enabled remote (server-side) text file editor for Windows more>>
Linspect Editor is a freeware text editor for Windows.
Linspect Editor allows you to open files from remote Linux or Unix servers over an SSH-secured connection, change/update the files and write it back to the server. Linspect Editor is a must for system administrators and programmers who often need to edit server-side configuration files, system scripts, batch files, source code, CGI scripts and common text files residing on remote Linux/Unix servers.
Before the Linspect Editor was around, usual way of editing remote files was to login to a Unix/Linux machine and edit the file using a text editor (e.g. vi).
If you wanted to transfer a text file (e.g. a CGI or a system script) to a different machine, you needed to use various file transfer utilies (many of them being insecure). Now that the Linspect Editor is here, you need nothing else. Just run it, connect to a server, browse through the server file system, open a file (file is downloaded to Linspect Editor over SSH), change the file and save it either locally, or back to the server (or to any other server).
You can also open/edit/save local files, and save them to remote servers as well. Linspect Editor does UnixWindows CR/LF format conversion for you.
With Linspect Editor you can e.g. connect to a Linux machine (using a secure SSH1 or SSH2 connection), browse through the server file system, open a script (the script will open in Linspect Editor on your Windows machine and the connection to the server is closed), then you can edit the file, connect to a different Linux/Unix machine, browse to a desired directory and save the script there. Linspect Editor does not keep the connection open. It connects to a server just if you are opening or saving a remote file.
You may also save files locally (on your PC). Linspect Editor is the easiest and the fastest way of editing server-side text files on your Windows machine.

Maverick ANT 1.0

Maverick ANT 1.0

Maverick ANT - uses external tasks or tools to provide a much greater degree of control over the software build and deployment more>>
Apache Ant is a popular tool created in Java that uses external tasks or tools to provide a much greater degree of control over the software build and deployment process. This highly extensible build tool provides many advantages over existing methods such as those that involve using makefiles.
J2SSH Maverick is a Java-based API that implements the SSH1 and SSH2 protocols. Using J2SSH Maverick we have developed an Ant task which is available for use in both commercial and non-commercial situations without payment of license fees.
Advanced Features
The Maverick SSH task implements an SSH client, performing operations such as connecting, authenticating and executing commands on remote servers. SFTP support is included as a subtask of the main SSH task, which itself can send, receive, list, delete files and create directories. The SFTP task has been modelled on the optional Ant FTP task and hence its operation is very similar.
The task is more detailed that the optional SSH task that ships with ANT as it provides nested read/write elements that allow the user to create detailed interaction between the script and the command, mimicking user interaction with the session.
Connections authenticate faster and SFTP/SCP transfers complete quicker with the Maverick API. Furthermore, Maverick ANT has no dependencies on external libraries and the core distribution size is just 300k. The Maverick ANT Task is clearly the ideal candidate for heavy-duty build environments where performance is desirable.
Main features:
- Free-to-use in both commercial/non-commercial settings
- Support for both SSH protocols, SSH1 and SSH2
- Execute remote commands
- No external dependencies, no JCE required!
- Compatible with JDK1.1+ and all ANT versions
- Password, Public key authentication
- Configurable ciphers and message authentication algorithms
- SFTP Task for transfering files
- Supports reading of SSHTools, OpenSSH, PuTTY and SSH.com public/private keys
- ZLIB compression

UniTTY 2.0.2

UniTTY 2.0.2

UniTTY - A Multi-protocol connectivity client more>>
UniTTY is a multi-protocol client that provides you an impressive suite of connectivity applications in one easy-to-use package. UniTTY is fast, feature-rich with heavy emphasis placed upon administrative efficiency and ease of use.
UniTTY is a multi-faceted client that does much more than just standard SSH. This client provides the network administrator with the ability to connect to systems using SSH, SFTP, Telnet, Secure VNC and also provides sophisticated identity management facilities that help to cut down on repeated and unnecessary password entry.
Feature Rich and Free!
No other client application matches the feature set provided by UniTTY. There has never been a more integrated client application that also provides the distinct advantage of platform independence. Written in Java, UniTTY can be used on your Windows, Linux and Macintosh systems. UniTTY essentially makes your existing connectivity software redundant.
There is no longer any need to familiarize yourself with multiple applications for each network protocol since UniTTY delivers them all.
Automatically Secured VNC Sessions
The standard VNC display protocol is not a secure protocol by design. It is quite possible for VNC network traffic to be intercepted by a third-party and this could possibly lead to compromization of your network security. However, when VNC is combined with SSH, all traffic is encrypted across the wire.
Existing methods of securing the VNC protocol are generally time consuming and unsuitable for those without a firm grounding in the principles of computer security.
UniTTY simplifies this process so that it becomes almost invisible to the end user. A secure SSH connection is created automatically, and the VNC protocol is configured to be forwarded over the SSH channel. Basic unencrypted VNC sessions are also supported for compatibility with those hosts that are not also running an SSH server.
Transparent Proxying Using SSL-Explorer
Traditionally, connecting to systems within the corporate network from a remote site would usually involve port forwarding to overcome NAT issues. UniTTY however comes with inbuilt support for connecting to internal hosts transparently proxied via an SSL-Explorer VPN server.
Using this method you can administer internal hosts with ease and make use of all the above services. Firewalls can be easily negotiated since the SSL-Explorer makes use of port 443 only, with all traffic between the client and the gateway encrypted using the industry-standard SSL protocol.
Main features:
- Supports SSH1, SSH2, VNC, Telnet, SFTP, Secure VNC and Socket connections
- Supports SSL-Explorer VPN proxying
- SSH supports password, public-key and keyboard-interactive authentication
- Identity manager allows creation of keys and reduces password entry
- Configure remote systems for access with your public-keys automatically
- Faster data transfer rates than competing applications
- Platform independent - supports Windows, Macintosh, Linux, Solaris
- Intuitive interface for maximum user friendliness
- Terminal supports VT100, VT220, VT320 and ANSI Emulations
- Multiple sessions can appear as seperate tabs in the interface
- VNC supports Hextile, ZLib, Raw encodings
- Fully configurable terminal with various color/cursor settings
- Spawn new windows or clone existing sessions to new windows
- Resizable fonts can scale proportionally with screen size
- Data compression supported
- Supported ciphers are 3DES-CBC and Blowfish-CBC
- Store connections & settings to file
