Field Staff Manager 2.1.5 is a useful program which helps you manage and organise a team of field service repair technicians.

Mobile Field Service, Repair Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, Service Technicians, Field Service Management. With the Field Service Manager software solution you can create a job, send it to the field staff's mobile phone. From there the field service technician can record all details to do with the job including appointments made, material costs, time worked and update the system in real time, all from their mobile phone.

Once the field service staff has finished the repair tasks at the address he fills in his hours, product costs and notes. These details are immediately sent back to the central server where administrators can monitor the entire field service business right down to invoicing the client.
