Particularly today, when more and more people are not even wearing watches anymore because cell phones always have the right time, its hard to find a handy little timer for those simple things.
Well, stop looking! Sere is a super-simple little stopwatch for your desktop:
Operation couldnt be easier: Press the Start button and the timer runs, press it again and it stops. The button changes from Green to Red so you always know what it will do. To make it even easier, pressing the ENTER key on your keyboard is the same as clicking the button.
The Full Setup link to download the application is above. And for the VB6 enthusiasts out there I have also included all the source code for this application in a separate link. Feel free to download and modify it however you like.
Full Setup Installation
This is a standard Windows setup that will install the application and put a icon on your start menu to access the StopWatch. Follow these steps to download and install the application:
Click the [Full Setup] link in top right of the header and save the file to your hard drive,
Run StopWatchInstall.exe (from within the folder you saved the file to) to install the app.
When finished, you will find a StopWatch folder on your start menu with an icon in it.<<less

StopWhatcher is a widget designed to be a stopwatch. I needed a way to simply time presentation speakers on my laptop and this is what I came up with.
The reset button will work without having to stop and then restart the stopwatch. A full screen mode allows you to see it from a distance. Suggestions are welcome.

Prashants StopWatch is a simple stopwatch whos sole purpose is to measure the time. It measures in seconds and can be used to measure for upto 9,999 seconds (about 2 hr 15 minutes). It has an accuracy of 0.0001 seconds. Working is very simple. Click the "Start" button and counting starts. Click the same button, counting stops. If you click start again, the counter starts where it left off (useful to count laps etc.) A reset button resets the counter back to 0. Thats all it does and it does it ACCURATELY. For example, in ordinary stopwatch programs, when you click a button, counting would usually start after the mouse button is down, then up - which takes up a fraction of a second. To the contrary, Prashants StopWatch starts EXACTLY when you push the mouse button down.
