Free system utility software software for windows

This packet includes 4 utilities. System Editor, Monitor, Tray, and Alarm. System Editor is an enhanced configuration utility that can edit multiple files at once. Besides its great GUI it also has the most important thing when youre editing system files. BACKUP! Except System Editor has automatic backup. To narrow it down System Editor is an enhanced and upgraded version of sysedit which Windows gives you. System Monitor monitors your system. It monitors more than 48 settings and configurations. It also has a Event Bar which tells you if your display has changed, your settings have changed, your battery is too low, and much more. System Tray can put any regular application, program, or game into the system tray with the icon and tooltip of your choice. System Alarm sits in your system tray. You set a time (in the current day), message, and executeable (optional). When the time has come the message appears, and the executable runs (only if you chose it to).

System Temp Monitor 1 is designed to manage system temperature. This Widget uses the log file created by the SpeedFan utility to display system temperature.

SpeedFan requires quite a bit of configuration before this Widget works correctly. You will need to turn on the logging feature and choose what is written in the log before launching the Widget.

Used in conjuction with the Perforce SCM system, P4 Utility generates flat lists of what files have not been added to a depot, and allows you to add them to your changelist. This results in faster workflow since you no longer need to hunt and peck through folder heirarchies in the Perforce UIs to locate files that need to be added.
