Win Control provides three ways to manipulate the windows on your system. The main window, the system tray icon and through the use of hot keys. It's more of an extension to Windows rather than an application. Rules can be set up to automatically set a window to Hidden / On Top or Normal. Windows can also automatically be hidden when they become minimised.
