Tapeworm was inspired by the work of the great L.A. artist Ed Ruscha. His characteristic work includes drawings and paintings of words: a single word, found language, and the like.
This is one of the styles hes used, which he has referred to as "Boy Scout utility modern." Its precise but awkward and looks like the letters an obsessive amateur sign painter would make with masking tape--of uniform weight but curious formation.

Note: Unpack the ZIP archive to subdir Plugins\avs in the directory, where Winamp is installed, e.g. C:\Program Files\Winamp\Plugins\avs. The fourier.dll library should be copied to the Winamp dir itself (e.g. C:\Program Files\Winamp).
Close Winamp (if it was running) and open it again. In the Preferences, under Plug?ins/Visualization, select Advanced Visualization Studio (perhaps its already selected). After enabling visualization (Ctrl+Shift+K), there should appear new themes to choose: Cirrus, Tapeworm, Simple Tapeworm.
