Task::SOSA is a Perl module to install all the CPAN modules needed by SOSA.

SYNOPSIS

Task Coach is a simple and easy-to-use open source todo manager to manage personal tasks and todo lists.

It grew out of my frustration that well-known task managers, such as those provided with Outlook or Lotus Notes, do not provide facilities for composite tasks. Often, tasks and other things todo consist of several activities.

Task Coach is designed to deal with composite tasks.

Currently, Task Coach is at version 0.63.2. I use it on a daily basis, but there are still a lot of features missing. If theres anything youd like to see included, please let me know.

We all have difficulty with confusing numbers of task notes and know how frustrating that can be. Outlook Task helps to make it easy to manage your tasks. You can get a list of any items from your Task folder and then you can create a report. For example, you may want to get your business tasks for the week. With Outlook Task you can specify the category "business" and require the due date to be in a week. Then you can save or print the resulting set adding comments too, if required.

You might also want to keep track of tasks that you complete over a particular period of time. You can have a summary of all tasks that your have completed in the last week or month. You can then save this report for your records or send it to colleagues by e-mail.

Here are some key features of "Task Coach":

· Creating, editing, and deleting tasks and subtasks.
· Tasks have a subject, description, priority, start date, due date and a completion date.
· Tasks can be viewed as a list or as a tree.
· Tasks can be sorted by all task attributes, e.g. subject, budget, budget left, due date, etc.
· Several filters to e.g. hide completed tasks or view only tasks that are due today.
· Task status depends on its subtask and vice versa. E.g. if you mark the last uncompleted subtask as completed, the parent task is automatically marked as completed too.
· Tasks can be assigned to user-defined categories.
· Settings are persistent and saved automatically. The last opened file is loaded automatically when starting Task Coach.
· Track time spent on tasks. Tasks can have a budget. Time spent can be viewed by individual effort period, by day, by week, and by month.
· The Task Coach file format (.tsk) is XML.

Whats New in This Release:

· This release fixes sorting of tasks by priority and makes sure that Task Coach does not block OS shutdown.

Task Folders is a personal task manager fully integrated with Windows file system. Task Folders gives you the opportunity to manage projects create hierarchical tasks list, set tasks priority, monitor progress and date of start and end.

Besides, to every task you may attach folders and files, which are used in the process of its fulfillment. After that these folders will be displayed in Windows Explorer according to task status and progress.

Thus, you won t have to run special application to find out status of a task you will see it when navigating through the file system. In case you need to change task status, you may use Task Properties item of Windows Explorer context menu.
