Text Capture Library 2.6.4 is a multi- functional tool that can make you more satisfied with capturing and processing files and folders.
It is a really powerful, but easy to use TEXT capture COM componet with many features. It allows your program to capturing text from Windows screen, under the control of another program and then the result can be saved in ASCII format and are usually appended with a .TXT filename extension, not bitmaps or graphics.
How to use Text Capture Library in Visual Basic:
- Start a new project in Visual Basic. Form1 is created by default.

The WordScale API provides an easy to use set of functions to extract
text from any window. The text grabbed with Wordscale can be returned in RTF or plain text format.
WordScale captures:
The entire text of a window using WSGetWindowText,
A rectangle area of a window using WSGetWindowTextFromRect,
