Instead of writing one thank you letter, then going through and changing the name (dear Fred...) and the gift (thanks for the jumper), all you need do is write one template, and fill in names and gifts in this program.
It will write all the letters for you, and save them with the persons name. (Do not use illegal filename characters in the persons name box!).
