Designed in close collaboration with finishers, the program «Tile» is able to sensibly simplify and speed the work of a designer, a constructor, a tiler and of any person who has decided to repair his apartment or house.

The program will allow you to see the created interior in a 3D image, to insert necessary changes in design development phase and to calculate the consumption of the tile needed for walls and floor covering.

The advantages of the program «Tile» are handiness, rapidity and efficiency of works search in a tile catalogue.

Gen-Tile generates and edits random images. It is a graphical utility for web designers, artists. Professional and amateur artists can create beautiful images.

Advanced users have also the option of editing the wallpapers in more detail. The picture can be saved or exported in other image formats (e.g. to be used in web sites).

Tile Switcher is a small and simple application switcher. Apple now includes an application switcher in Mac OS 8.6, but Tile Switcher has the advantage of being an application, having a smaller tile area, and having contextual menus.

You can drag files from the Finder onto an application tile to open the file with that application. Best of all, its free.

Tile Thumbnails is a handly little script by Kirk Klingbiel to automatically tile and position up to four open quark documents.

Running the script will make every open document go to thumbnail view, and the size and position themselves on the screen so that you can see each one.

X-Tile Screensaver lets you transform your desktop into several tiles which interchange according to the speed of animation that you chose.

Tile World is an emulation of the game "Chips Challenge". "Chips Challenge" was originally written for the Atari Lynx by Chuck Sommerville, and was later ported to MS Windows by Microsoft (among other ports).

Please note: Tile World is an emulation of the game engine(s) only. It does not come with the chips.dat file that contains the original level set. This file is copyrighted and cannot be freely distributed. The chips.dat file was originally part of the MS version of "Chips Challenge". If you have a copy of this version of the game, you can use that file to play the game in Tile World. If you do not have a copy of this file, however, you can still play Tile World with the many freely available level sets created by fans of the original game, including CCLP2.

Tileset I made for iRogue, which supports tile graphics for monsters and items.

You must have a color Palm device to use these tiles.
They will not work on monochrome Palms.

Although the game will run with Hi-Res support ON, iRogue only supports tiles for 160x160 resolution so that is all I had to work with. ;)

I noticed the distinct lack of a positioning option in iChats Windows menu, so I added one. Throw this script in Library/Scripts in your home directory, and you can select it in the Scripts menu to tile your iChat windows.

tile iChat windows tiles the windows in a square pattern (i.e. rounds up to the next square number above the open message windows, then divides the screen into rows and columns by that square and fills in til it runs out of message windows). Tile World is a reimplementation of the game "Chips Challenge".
The player controls Chip, navigating him through his challenges. The object of each level of the game is to find and reach the exit tile, which takes you to the next level. The levels contain many different kinds of obstacles, creatures both hostile and indifferent, tools, protective gear -- and, of course, chips.

Whats New in This Release:

· Added mouse handling to the code. That includes modifying the SDL code to handle mouse activity, adding a large set of new commands, making it possible for Chip to move towards a goal over several ticks, and modifying the action struct (and the solution file) to permit storing the new moves in solutions.
· Added the database of unsolvable levels, which warns users before they play a level known to be unsolvable, and automatically gives them the password to the next level.
· Added the solution file display, allowing the user to manage multiple solution files for a single level set.
· Changed code to accept a solution file as the sole cmdline argument, if the solution file contains the set name. Hopefully this, and the previous addition, will make it easier for people to share solution files.
· Added the batch-mode verification feature, to check the existing solutions without initializing the GUI subsystem.
· Fixed the old emulation bug (MS logic) involving Chip turning a cloned block into a clone of himself while going through a teleport.
· Fixed the bug (MS logic) preventing Chip from pushing a slipping block parallel to its slipping direction when the push happens through a teleport.
· Improved the emulation of several creatures teleporting simultaneously (Lynx logic), with assistance from ccexplore.
· Minor improvements to the Lynx pedantic mode.
· Fixed the password input routine. (It was completely broken; not sure when that happened.)
· Rewrote the code so that level data and solutions are kept compressed in memory, and expanded only when needed, instead of decoding entire files when read. This change makes for a small reduction in memory usage, and reduces the overall level of useless work being done.
· Added code to shutter the map view when MS gameplay is paused.
· Numerous minor tweaks to the code, the display, and the documentation.

Tile Game mini is a widgetized adaptation of Tile Game from Solitairithmetic. The gameplay is that of Single-Player "Mah-Jongg".

The player removes pairs of matching tiles that can slide leftward or rightward.

Mathematical symbols on discarded tiles affect the players score.

The back side of Tile Game mini tracks the "Best Scores" for Completed Games (where no tiles remain) and Stalemated Games (where more tiles remain, but no moves are possible).

Tile Game mini allows you to ignore the mathematics altogether (except for the symbols) and play plain, old-fashioned Tile Solitaire.

AMP Tile Viewer is a useful image viewer utility that shows the images in mosaic view. Supports JPG, GIF, JIF, TGA, BMP, PCX, DIB and RLE.

Useful when designing web pages for checking if a tile texture looks fine or to view the look of a large list of tiles.
