GG tools is a free flash drawing tools extension package GG tools is a free flash drawing tools extension package. It highly extend the power of line (stroke) in Macromedia Flash. The current version of GG tools available only for Flash MX2004 and Flash 8 under Windows platform.
After you download and install the GG tools v100, you can access it from the Tools Panel. All the GG tools will be displayed under Line Tool in Flash 8, or under Pen Tool in Flash MX2004. Just press one the Line Tool and hold your mouse button, you will be able to see the tools like in the picture at the left.
Select the tool you want to use, and try to draw on your stage.
GG asterisk
Click and drag to draw asterisk, press SHIFT key for random line length, change the number of lines through OPTION at property inspector.
GG spring
Click and drag to draw a spring line, dragging up or down for amplitude, left or right for width, change the frequency through OPTION at property inspector.
GG wave
Click and drag to draw a wave line, draging up or down for amplitude, left or right for width, change the frequency through OPTION at property inspector.
GG ZigZag
Click and drag to draw a zigzag line, dragging up or down for amplitude, left or right for width, change the frequency through OPTION at property inspector.

a effort to document the MDB file format used in Microsofts Access database more>> The MDB Tools project is a effort to document the MDB file format used in Microsofts Access database package, and to provide a set of tools and applications to make that data available on other platforms.
Specifically, MDB Tools includes programs to export schema and data to other databases such as MySQL, Oracle, Sybase, PostgreSQL, and others.
Also included is a SQL engine for performing simple SQL queries. The 0.5 release includes an updated GUI interface (screenshot is available here). A sparse but functional ODBC driver is included as well.
MDB Tools currently has read-only support for Access 97 (Jet 3) and Access 2000/2002 (Jet 4) formats. Write support is currently being worked on and the first cut is expected to be included in the 0.6 release.<<less

There are already many great color quantization techniques in existence, this project is mostly just a good gateway for me to make my foray upon windows .NET programming with C#.
But also I was once told that there are not that many free color quantization tools available out there that could handle images with multiple level of transparencies. If that is indeed true, then maybe this project could actually be of help to someone out there after all.<<less
