Filename Long to Short will cut long filenames or foldernames to 60 characters long, for passed into ISO 64 char norm and will only rename filename and not the extension ex: .txt, .mp3, .exe
Fine if you use ex: UltraISO for making of ISO Image for in this program CUTTING Everything on end of filename include extension... If you use Long2Short to rename all your files this is going to be going correctly.
