Change Case is a tool used to change filename, directory name case and timestamp automatically.
It is specially applied to transfer files between different OSes, beautify the name of files download from the Internet and upgrade to Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000 from MS-DOS.
It provides four choices: upper case, lower case, capital case and word capital case. It can search & rename files in subfolders. Supports Explorer drag & drop, command line and Windows Explorer context menu.

An open source/free toolset for use cases edition, verification and simulation UCEd accepts use cases expressed in a form of natural language. UCEd integrates the use cases in state machines using domain knowledge, and provides an interface for system simulation.
Use Cases are narrative descriptions of functional requirements. Although the concept of use cases is present in several software modelling tools, none of them support derivation of prototypes from textual use cases.
UCEd integrates a set of tools for use cases edition, requirements simulation and domain model edition. Based on a domain model description and use cases, UCEd generates a state model that realizes the use cases.
The state model is then used as a basis to generate a prototype with a graphical user interface to simulate the use cases. UCEd includes an XMI interface for importation of models developped with other tools.

Case Changer was created because office programs like Microsoft Word contain no option to convert large ammounts of text into a different case. e.g. "TEXT INPUTTED" is converted to "text inputted".
