This was made based on the most common tools I have used and surveyed others for what they use. This has 38 options and there is no hesitation/lag whatsoever when launching a program while using this UD v2.

People who use windows know when launching a program such as System Restore it sometimes takes additional time for it to load. By using my program that issue is no longer applicable.

There is no software to install and it doesnt stay on top of your desktop if you have important papers to write while using this application. In my opinion this is perfect for Beginner to Advanced computer users. Made simple as always!

Whats New in This Release:

· This an update from Utility Demon 1 by Virile. V 1 was a personal tool that eventually was made public. It never did to well so I updated it to run better with more options.

Smiley Utility is a small utility which stays in the system tray, and when selected, offers you a list of all 60/79 Yahoo! Messenger smileys. Also stored with each image is the code.

When you select a smiley, it will automatically insert the code into Yahoo! Messenger Chat, or a Yahoo! Messenger PM, if you dont use Yahoo! Messenger, or it doesnt automatically insert, their is a copy to clipboard option instead

Screenshot Utility is a screen capture program. It resides in the system tray, and when you press a hotkey combination, it captures and saves a snapshot of your screen as a JPEG, GIF, or BMP file.

You can define your own hotkeys, choose default path for saving files, and select area to capture (entire screen or active window). After the screenshot was captured, Screenshot Utility alerts you with a message or a sound. You can choose an option for automatic saving (the program will automatically increment file names of captured screenshots), or select the filename manually after each capture.

PrintDirect Utility description
With only a simple drag & drop to the PrintDirect icon on the desktop the utility will print the file on the default printer With only a simple drag & drop to the PrintDirect icon on the desktop the utility will print the file on the default printer. PrintDirect utility also features a scheduler for unattended printing. While it normally prints documents bypassing the printer driver, it can also print bitmap images, Word documents, Rich Text without it. The utility can be converted to a Print Server that automatically prints documents that appear in a certain directory on an associated printer.

Version 1.75 added the Monitor & Print and the Cash Register features. Monitor & Print can continuously monitor designated folders for new MSWord documents (.doc and .rtf) and HTML documents (.html) and print them in the same sequence as they appeared on the printer associated with the folder. The monitoring and printing is asynchronous and it does not affect any other activities. The Cash Register feature allows automatically opening the drawer before printing the receipt when the utility is used on a cash register.

PrintDirect can be launched from DOS and 16-bit applications with the name of the printer and the path to the file to print.

Each one has its own unique files. It may be music, programming code, graphics, any other own-designed files, but, unfortunately, anyone can lose it in a moment. It may be a virus, own fatal mistake or anything else.

Windows recycled bin can help you only in one case, if you has deleted your files manually using Windows tools (like Windows Explorer).
So, the practice of archiving unique files and copying it to the new location its the only way to decrease the risk to lose it.

Compression
Backup Utility has build-in zip compression and easy access to archiving. You dont need any additional programs. But, if you prefer any external archiver, i.e. WinRar, you can use it too by setting one of program options.

Backup Utility operates the file lists. You can load, modify and save file list. Also program has AutoSave option.

Interface
At the following screenshot you can see two lists. One list - list of folders you want to save in archive. Example folders: My Documents, Favorites, Application Data, any other ...

You can point any folder (source) to any target file by double-click the folder name. Use right-click to add or remove items from list.

Finally press Backup All button (or press F5). All data will be stored in archives; all older files will be updated.

Note: Use different disk letters for backups if possible. For example, if your data stored in disk C, copy it into D:backup.zip e.t.c.

Everio Utility is a free tool that will copy, repair, and rename files from your camcorder.

This is a program that will do the following:

- Rename the *.MOD files to *.MPG. This is required in order to play the files

- Fix the 16:9 aspect ratio problem. If you set your Everio to record in 16:9,
it will record properly, but it writes the files out incorrectly. Most video

author a DVD properly using programs other than the one provided in the Everio
box. NOTE: some versions of Windows Media Player will still ignore the fix :-P

I have tested this on my JVC Everio MG21. From what Ive read, they use the same
