Zip IFilter lets you index content of ZIP archives Zip IFilter lets you index content of ZIP archives. It extends Microsoft Indexing Service to extract all valuable information from the files stored inside ZIP archive. This information includes archived directory names, list of the archived files, their metadata and content. Zip IFilter indexes archives created with any compression program that uses PKWARE compression format such as WinZip or PKZIP.
Zip IFilter supports SharePoint Portal Server, Internet Information Server, SQL Server and all other products based on Microsoft Search technology.
