Virtual Piano can be use as a virtual piano for all you MIDI devices, such as your Sound Card or another MIDI tone generator.
Almost every MIDI parameter can be change via the user interface.
Virtual Piano is optimized for use with Yamaha Synthesizers, but should have no problem with other ones.

VPiano allows you to play your synth by making the computer keyboard into a 4-octave piano keyboard. Sure, youre probably not going to be able to play classical music this way, but you can experiment and have fun using a very different interface than normal, which can sometimes help to stimulate the creative process.
You must have a MIDI output device, as well as a sound source to use this program (anything from a Soundblaster to a Midi TimePiece will do); then just run the program, configure the MIDI devices, and start jamming!

TicTacIano is a program that emulates a (very simple) piano with two keyboards, one virtual and one physical.
There are also four analogue controls you can set by mouse clicking and from the physical keyboard. Finally, you have some extra functionality involving the physical keyboard.
The virtual keyboard is a drawing of a piano keyboard, played with the left mouse button. The physical keyboard is the computer physical keyboard. If you press a physical key that is connected to a virtual key, you will see a small square marker drawn on the associated virtual key.
The keyboard has a range of 3 octaves. Default frequency range is B at 247 Hz to C at 2093 Hz.
