To install, Extract the zip download with WinZip, available from
http://www.winzip.com (or similar unzip utility) into any
directory you please, often C: -- ticking off the (user
folder names) option.
You will have to modify the CustConfig.java file, recompile,
and rebuild the jar. Only programmers will feel comfortable
doing this. Most people should contact me at

You need to copy the *.bat files to a directory on the path.
To use this product you will need two different email accounts,
one for sending your emails and one for relaying them to
your list of recipients.

Which mailserver is responsible for this domain? Is a domain reachable? Who owns a IP? Or you want trace back a route of a package?
Whois: With jNetTool-whois you find out who owns a domain or IP-address. Please enter a domain without "www" - for example "ventruba.com".
DNS-Lookup: With jNetTool-ns-lookup you find out the nameserver for a domain, or which is the ip for a domain (A-record) or which mailserver is responsible (MX-record).
Ping: A jNetTool-ping is "knocking at the door" of a computer. You will see if a computer is answering and how long will a package take.

BetterAWStats was made to do everything AWStats can do for displaying statistics. It is using all data and language resources from AWStats, so the same translations and general features are always available also in BetterAWStats, additional features are being developed, but limited by the data provided through AWStats.
Main features:
Multi-site data
- If the path to the datafile has the files of several sites in it, all those sites can be viewed in BetterAWStats.
All Sites Data
- If there is data for more than one site, the monthly and daily history can be show for all sites at the same time.
Rolling months
- Months data chart & table now end in the selected month and show the previous x months instead of showing only the current year Jan-Dec.You can extend the 12 months backwards view to any number of months.
Rolling days
- If the current month is not finished, the daily data shows the last days from the last month. The total amount of days shown is equal to the current months number of days.
Pages & Hits have independent scale
- In AWstats, the pages charts are scaled as a 1:1 to hits. So a website with 10 images on each page would show a one-pixel high pages-bar and a 10 pixel high hits-bar for one view of a page. If you have more images (in your layout etc), the pages bar becomes too small to show any information. BetterAWStats gives each bar its own scale, depending on the maximum value over the given timespan.
Weekday data as average
- In AWstats, data for each weekday (Mo, Tue...) would be summed up. So a month with 5 Mondays would have more hits on Mondays than for its 4 Tuesdays. By building the average per weekday in BetterAWStats, you can see better how much more people come on Mondays to your site, independent how many Mondays that one month has. Also, being in the middle of the current month has less impact due to the fact that one Monday on the end of the month did not add any data to that month.
Number of Visits per Weekday
- Although this data is available, AWstats would not show it. BetterAWstats does!
Sort for any value
- All tables that show non-date related numbers are sortable for any key in the config editor
Hotlinks
- Refererrs that are generating hits w/o calling any pages are listed in a separate statistic.
Referrer & Hotlinks by Domain
- Referrers and Hotlinks are additionally shown by domain to reduce the clutter in data generated by small differences in referring URLs.

- A graphical map is included that shows the world with the amount of hits/pages (requires GD2-enabled PHP)

AnyKey AnyFile 2007 R1.2.6 offers a convenient and proper way of solving the problem of networked users that try to send large files to other people. They often think emailing is the best option to do this. Unfortunately for the users this is not as easy as it seems. Many postmasters lock down the mailserver for very large emails. Also it is not uncommon for ISP's to limit the maximum email size to 5 MBytes.
The easiest solution to this problem is AnyKey AnyFile 2007. This software will do all the dirty work for you, copying, zipping, cleaning up, creating universal virtually ungues able URLs. They run AnyFile Client, drag and drop all the files and folders they need to sent and drop them in the drop zone. Then they type in the email address of the receiver, click Finish and that's it. AnyFile takes care of the rest.
