The final and easiest method for utilising VoIP is computer to computer. Computer to computer VoIP requires a microphone, speakers and a sound card. This method of utilising VoIP generally does not incur ay extra costs for phone calls.
Access to VoIP plans is available through VoIP providers. Some providers will offer free phone calls, whilst others will provide you with payment plans. Existing plans include minute rate phone bills (similar to that of a mobile phone plan) and plans offering unlimited phone calls for a set amount each month.
