Searches descriptions and urls of Internet Explorer Favorites for specified text more>>
Is finding a particular site that you added to your Favorites last month like looking for a needle in a haystack? Cant remember which folder you saved a Favorite in? Let FavSearch put an end to your troubles.
Just type in any word, phrase, or partial word or phrase and click the "Start" button. FavSearch scans your Favorites list and all folders in it (descriptions and URLs) for any shortcuts containing the text you entered, and returns a list of results.
You can then double click any item in the list of results to have Internet Explorer navigate to its corresponding URL. FavSearch even remembers the last ten words or phrases you searched for so you dont have to type them in every time.
Installing FavSearch adds a new button to your Internet Explorer toolbar as well as a new menu item under the "Tools" menu for convenient access to the program whenever you are browsing the web.
Requires VB6 runtime (available from our website).
Enhancements:
- Results are now sortable by any column in the results window and can be sorted in ascending or descending order.
- FavSearch now remembers all view settings between sessions. Window size, position, results window sort options, and column widths are all remembered when the program is closed and are restored next time it is started.
- Fixed a bug that caused program not to find Favorites whose file extension was in all uppercase.

The Rasterbator originated as a web application at homokaasu.org, but it has gained so much popularity that the web server occassionally cannot handle the load and a standalone version was in place.
The standalone version is the same as the web version, except that downloading images from the web and image cropping are not supported, and you have to set the output size numerically (number of pages wide/high) rather than using a fancy drag handle. The results are exactly the same.<<less
