What the program actually does is adding a so called "RIFF/WAVE"-header in front of the actual MP3 data and, when available, will convert an ID3v1.1 tag into the wave equivalent.
This newer version can be used both in "GUI-" as in "Command-line"-mode.
Also its more flexible, smaller and will also convert the ID3v1.1 tag if ones available in the MP3.
It will reside in your system tray and, when enabled, a drop-target is shown on your desktop.
