Our Weather Depot provides TV-style, up-to-the-minute weather information over the Internet, combined with high quality graphics and animations. Weather Depot offers hour-by-hour, day-to-day, NEXTRAD radar, 60 hour forecast, travel forecast, road conditions and more.
The program provides an attractive interface and an additional weather ticker that can be kept on your desktop.
Weather Depot software features three main components that operate on your computer desktop:
Main Weather Window or Console: This is the heart of the Weather Depot software, an 800 x 600 pixel window where all of our weather content (forecasts, graphics, animations, etc.) is displayed. If your screen resolution is set to 800 X 600, you may want to increase to a higher resolution to maximize the Weather Depot experience.
Desktop icon: This will be a small sun image titled Weather Depot. You will have the option of not installing this desktop icon upon installation.
Temperature Icon: A current temperature reading for your main location is always shown in your icon tray. This will show the current temperature of the first location in your saved Location list. By clicking on the temperature, you open up the main Weather Depot console.
Ticker: The ticker resides at the bottom of your desktop and allows you to see updated current conditions, forecasts, and almanacs for your all of your saved locations without having to have the main console open.
An optional Premium version ($29.95 a year) adds 14 day forecasts, optional weather alerts and more.

The Weather Channel Desktop 6.0.0.11 is always available to get instant access to your local temperature and severe-weather alerts. This program includes one-click access in your system tray to detailed local weather conditions and information on locations worldwide, including maps, current conditions, forecasts, and even live local traffic reports.

Weather gadget for Google Desktop lets you view weather for multiple cities.
It is able to displays the current weather conditions, including the forecast for today and tomorrow.
You just need to select the country and the city and the gadget will display the weather conditions and the forecast for the next days.

D-Weather is an Australian weather monitoring utility for your desktop only for Australian condtions. D-Weather will offer Current condtions, forecasts, Rain Radars, Thunderstorm Warnings and more.
It also contains a temperature and skycondtion icon which sits on your system tray. This program uses Australian weather Data to provide its output. This data set is updated every 30 minutes to 1 hour from BoM Weathers service.

Ghost Weather Station is a desktop program, which allows Ghost Hunters and Investigators to receive the current lunar and weather conditions.
This comes in handy if you need to record the current conditions for your Investigation report.
