It adds a single but powerful item to your context menu on directories and folders. This menu item acts as a launcher of command prompt with the current working directory of the command prompt set to the active directory of explorer.
Double clicking on the exe will add the shell extension and you can remove this feature by uninstalling the add-on from Add Remove Tools. After intallation this executable file is not needed for the extension for working.
