Next generation task scheduler, designed specifically for windows nt 4.0 AutoTask can be ran on a nt workstation or nt server. It runs as a service acting as part of the operating system. SP6a is not a required upgrade for Year 2000; Microsoft recommends that each customer consult the SP6a documentation and then determine whether to deploy it.
