Update Rollup 1.0 for Windows XP Embedded enables OEM customers to use some Windows Vista components on the Windows XP Embedded Update Rollup 1.0 for Windows XP Embedded will enable OEM customers to use some of the latest Windows Vista components on the Windows XP Embedded platform, including Windows Media Player 11, Internet Explorer 7, Remote Desktop Connection 6, User Mode Driver Framework and .NET Framework 3.0.
Update Rollup for Windows XP Embedded Evaluation Edition also includes hotfixes for Windows XP Embedded SP2 Feature Pack 2007. The Update Rollup 1.0 for Windows XP Embedded is not a stand alone product; it requires the developer to have Windows Embedded Studio tool suite installed.
Instructions
1. Click "save" on the download dialog box. The download is saved as a .iso image on your location of choice.
2. Extract the disk image and run setup.
3. Follow the instructions on the setup screen to update tools, database or both.

When using KLone, theres absolutely no need for any additional component: neither the HTTP/S server (e.g. Apache, Netscape, Roxen), nor the typical active pages engine (PHP, Perl, ASP, Python).
KLone does everything, and does it fast and small.
It blends the HTTP/S server application together with its content and configuration into a single executable file.
The site developer writes his/her dynamic pages in C/C++ (in usual scripting style: ) and uses KLone to transform them into embeddable, compressed native code with the native C/C++ compiler.
The result is then linked to the HTTP/S server skeleton to obtain one single, ROM-able, binary file.
