This program was originally designed as part of my WIHU project. This tool combines a variety of system settings under a window in Windows only by setting several dialogues would be reached. These include changing the IP address, subnet mask and the default gateway for all in the system installed adapters, and changing the computer name and changing the domain or working group membership.
