The Word Counter Widget is a useful widget that provides word counts and character counts and can also count the number of instances of a specified word or phrase.
Word Counter Widget allows you to view, displayed right on your desktop, a counter for words or characters. You can set it to count various specific words and even phrases.

The input file counters are only an row approximation as only managing the formatting of the input document it is possible to have a good count. A program included in the setup counts words, lines and characters with a variable level of accuracy of the result, depending on the format of the document. For this reason the possibility to set the threshold of percent difference that give rise to a warning message, has been inserted, as well as the possibility to choose which of the 3 available counters to use. If you have a more accurate counting program you have the possibility to use it.
