The xCAT - Capper application was designed to allow you to limit upload and download bandwith that is used by applications. The program acts as a Socks4 proxy server.
The program where you want to use the application with should support a Sock4 proxy server. Currently are inbound connection as used for FTP not supported this will come soon.

The xCAT-Portscan application was designed to be a portscanner that scans for open ports on local or remote computers. Its really easy to use you just fill in the ip address or hostname of the computer to scan, the the port range you want to scan, then you push the Scan button and the scanner starts!
The portscanner will display the ports found in the left box. If you click on a found port, the program will look in the database and if the port is know it will give you a small report on by what programs or protocal this port can be used.
But beware of the fact that it can be used by any other program or instance, the information supplied is based on information that was avaible at the moment of the creation of the ports database!

Select the catogory of your choice and the program will download the thumbs of the skins in the catogory you have chosen, you can use the buttons Previous skins and Next Skins to browse to all the msn skins in the catogory you have chosen.

What can this be usefull for? My KaZaA always uses all bandwidth and this results in slow other downloads and slow loading websites, using this program
you wont have this problem anymore.
